When you're ready to start your kitchen project, schedule a free meeting with our team to discuss your plans and get an initial cost estimate.
To begin your project, we require a 10% design deposit based on your budget estimate. This deposit is applied toward your project’s total and covers the following:
Initial design consultation and expanded scope (if applicable)
Design revisions (1-2 week process)
Design review session
Option to add additional rooms
3D renderings and an updated project quote
Note: Two initial 3D renderings are included. Additional renderings can be requested for $50 each, with final renderings provided at no additional cost once deposits total 50% of the project cost.
**The deposit is fully refundable, minus any applicable fees for completed work from the stages above.
After you approve the design and updated quote, we will schedule a meeting to confirm precise measurements, appliance specifications, and the engineering functionality of your cabinetry. At this point, an additional deposit is required, bringing the total to 50% of the project cost, to secure your place in our fabrication queue.
Note: 3D renderings, floor plans, and detailed elevations will be provided with exact measurements for your final approval before production begins.
Once your project moves to the production phase, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery date. Our standard production timeline is approximately one month from the start of fabrication.
