I declare the information I have supplied on this form and in the attached documents is correct and complete.

I understand that the provision of false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of any offer of enrolment or actual enrolment. The execution of this application form authorises National College of Vocational Education (NCVE), as part of its application assessment processes, to seek further information from Australian Government agencies as necessary; this includes but is not limited to Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO).

I understand that I am required to make timely payments of any fees or associated costs for which I am liable in association with this application. I am aware of the likely costs of my stay in Australia and have the necessary financial capacity to meet such costs for the duration of my course.

I also understand that any information I provide to National College of Vocational Education may be made available to Commonwealth and State Government agencies and to the Tuition Protection Service (TPS), pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code 2018; and that National College of Vocational Education is required under S19 of the ESOS Act 2000, to notify the Australian Government about certain changes to a student’s enrolment and any breach of student visa conditions relating to attendance or satisfactory academic performance (ESOS Act 2000).

Execution of this application form constitutes my acceptance of all the terms and rules regarding my admission and enrolment at National College of Vocational Education. I authorise National College of Vocational Education to retain my tuition fees in accordance with the refund policy if I elect to cancel my enrolment at any time.

I fully understand that submitting this online application does not guarantee me a place in the College and will be treated as an enquiry in the first instance. I understand that when I have been contacted by an NCVE staff member, I may be required to complete and sign a printed application form and to also supply a certified copy of my passport before my application can be processed.

By completing this online application:

• I authorise NCVE, its staff and/or agents to conduct checks on any of the information contained
  in this application;
• I authorise the bank cited in my financial documentation to provide information to enable them
  to confirm the validity of information provided;
• I authorise any educational institution listed by me in this application to provide details to NCVE
  as required to verify my educational claims;
• I authorise any employer to provide such details as may be necessary to confirm my claims of
  employment.
