Most of Frank’s industry experience was gained in Germany, England and Australia working in the hotel and entertainment sector, where he had the opportunity to work in various line staff and leadership positions.

Frank enjoys working in education as he likes working with people and helping them to get the best out of themselves.

Along with English, Desiree is multi-lingual speaking French, Spanish and Japanese. Desiree enjoys being able to interact with so many people in her role as an ELICOS Teacher as she has the opportunity to help them in a very real way that can improve their lives, both here in Australia and abroad.

When things get difficult, the worst thing you can do is give up. It’s okay to change your mind and do something different, but if you really want something you can’t give up. You’ll get there eventually.
