The successful achievement of this skill set will result in a Statement of Attainment in SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail and requires you to complete the units listed below:
- SIRXCOM001 Communicate in the workplace to support team and customer outcomes;
- SIRXWHS002 Contribute to workplace health and safety;
- SIRXIND003 Organise personal work requirements
