About the role
We are currently looking for a Student Recruitment Manager to work with our South East Asia & China markets. The role will be working out of our Brisbane based International College. We are looking for a dynamic sales driven individual to join our growing team who is:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and marketing targets
- provide Training about our college to agents and agency staff
- Work to key KPI’s and sales targets
- Bring nationality mix to the college by building an international student portfolio of international students and Education Agents
- must have outstanding communication skills, organisation skills and problem solving skills
- Develop new recruitment channels and expand existing network for both onshore and offshore International student recruitment
- Able to travel locally, interstate and Internationally for recruitment if required.
- work with the Marketing Manager to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns to generate more leads
- Identify new opportunities for promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Assist in producing marketing brochures, flyers and digital advertisement
- Provide active contributions to social media campaigns including liaising with enquirers
- Assist the Marketing Manager to organise social activities and external marketing activities
- Develop and build strong client relationships with Onshore and Offshore Education Agents to secure ongoing agreements and boost the number of enrolment.
- Keep accurate records of Education Agents database in accordance with the Institute’s procedures
Required skills and experience:
- Knowledge of ESOS, SSVF, National Code, Visa laws
- Knowledge of international education service or having an international student background is essential
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, great team player, ambitious.
- must be multilingual with fluency in English
- must have exceptional marketing skills and student service
- all applicant must have excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage and complete a variety of tasks with daily deadlines;
- must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
This role will report to our International Student Marketing Manager. This is a Full-time role but there is possibility for flexible working hours or a shared/part-time role for the right candidate(s). International Students who have experience working at agents offices may also apply.
A generous salary package plus commissions (based on KPIs) is available for the right candidate(s).

We are currently looking for a Trainer & Assessor with Qualifications and Industry experience in Business and Management working out of our Brisbane International College. We are looking for a dynamic trainer & assessor to join our growing team who is:

The role of the Trainer/Assessor is to:
- Conduct quality training and assessment that supports the requirements under the Australian Qualifications Framework and the Australian Vet Framework. Ensuring adherence to Standards for RTO’s 2015 with particular focus on maintaining and recording evidence requirements;
- Play an active role in acquiring and maintaining student enrolments through a variety of marketing, networking and relationship building activities; and
- Support NCVE in any capacity it may require that utilizes your existing skills or skills it is prepared to develop with you.
The key responsibilities of the Trainer/Assessor is to:
- Maintain personal qualifications and professional development as required by legislation to perform the role of a trainer for a Registered Training Organisation;
- Conduct all training sessions utilising the resources supplied by NCVE and maintain the integrity of their intended delivery methods, durations and assessment requirements.
- Develop training materials and resources as required by NCVE.
- Proactively participate in ensuring continuous improvement of our resources, delivery and assessment methods
- Promote NCVE as the preferred provider of training through job active providers, local business, local associations and the general community
- Ensure all student records are maintained as per NCVE policy and student confidentiality is maintained.
- Play an active part in fostering a team environment through sharing and seeking best practice with/from your colleagues
- Uphold the Mission & Objectives of NCVE through your daily actions, attitudes and behaviours.
The successful applicant must be well-presented, have current qualifications and work experience, a high level of communication and excellent computer skills. This position is part-time.
