Caitlyn was looking for more out of her life and so she approached MAX Employment for help. They referred her to our Certificate III Individual Support course. She attended every class and completed her 120 hours of work placement. After completion of this work placement, Caitlyn was offered full time employment. She finds that in her new workplace she is appreciated and she is popular with both staff members and clients alike. She is now looking forward to commencing a Certificate IV Aged Care with us and has dreams of becoming a head nurse.  Read more
