Erin spent 7 years in the retail space, including working in management and then moved into Learning and Development where she worked as a facilitator, a coach, a mentor, content developer and assessor.

Erin really loves arming people with great skills and techniques for life – there is nothing more rewarding that helping someone achieve excellence.
