She has worked in the Club Industry for 12 years and is a recipient of the Certified Club Managers Award. Working in the education industry is a new venture for Elissa and she is enjoying the challenges of being in a dynamic and evolving environment .

A piece of motivational advice I often give to clients is to always document all their ideas and thoughts on to a list which they can then work through and tick off as they complete each task instead of getting stressed trying to remember everything from memory.
