This short course is suitable for individuals that are wanting to gain employment in a front of business role.

This short course will give you the competitive edge as you learn to work with customers in a business environment. Graduates will be able to work with some independence and under limited supervision when dealing with business customers.

This qualification provides a pathway to work in roles such as receptionist, administration, secretary, executive assistant.

For students that successfully complete the short course and show suitable skills, traineeship positions are on offer. This short course is a real opportunity for you to gain employment.

The successful achievement of this skill set will result in a Statement of Attainment in BSB30115 Certificate III in Business and requires you to complete the units listed below:

  • BSBCMM301 Process customer complaints
  • BSBCUS301 Deliver and monitor a service to customers
  • BSBWOR301 Organise personal work priorities and development
