This course will give you the basics for a job in hospitality as you learn food safety, food and beverage service, workplace health and safety, customer service and working with others.

This qualification is suitable for individuals who are looking to start a career in hospitality and require limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. Graduates will be  be able to work under direct supervision to complete mainly routine and repetitive tasks in the workplace.

This qualification provides a pathway to work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
